It’s very important for us to choose the right people to join our franchise family.
And that’s why we have a thorough process in place before any agreements are signed.
Here’s what steps you can expect when becoming a ShakeTastic franchisee.
Step 1 – Application Form
So you’ve downloaded our Franchise Brochure and want to learn more about our franchise opportunity.
We’ll ask you to fill in an application form to give us an idea of your experience, available funds and preferred locations. We will also ask you to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement.
Step 2 – Interview (Or Meeting)
Here’s where we will meet up and discuss in more detail your application, objectives and current situation.
Step 3 – Refundable Deposit and Legal Work Starts
If both parties are happy and agree in principle, we then ask for a £5000 refundable deposit and sign a deposit agreement so that we can begin instructing our solicitors.
Step 4 – Contracts and Location Analysis
Once the franchise contracts have been signed and the remaining fees paid we will carry out a SWOT report on your suggested site and carry out a profit and loss analysis.
Step 5 – Location, Fit Out and Training
Once the location for your store has been agreed, we recommend (but it’s not compulsory) you use our building company for the fit out.
Then you’ll attend training at our Shake Academy in North London – where you’ll have a dedicated Franchise Training Manager to fully support you and your team.
Step 6 – The Grand Opening and Welcome to the Family
We’ll help you get fully prepared to open your store. We will be there for your soft opening and use all of our experience to make sure your grand opening is a super success.
