I’m really interested in owning a ShakeTastic franchise – How do I get started?
To get things going simply fill in the request form and we will email you our franchise brochure which goes into more detail about what we do, how we do it and why it works?
How much will it cost me to open my store?
Costs can vary according to the size and location of your store.
I’ve never negotiated a shop lease before – do you offer help with this?
Yes we do. Our co-founder Josh has more than 20 years experience in the property industry and has negotiated all of our leases successfully and will be on hand to help and guide you.
In addition to the initial training do you help me launch the business in my area?
Yes, we can either advise or organise your local launch programme working closely with you. Amir has 20 years experience in the hospitality industry and has extensive knowledge of all aspects of training and operations including store openings. We’re here to help you succeed.
How long is a Franchise Agreement for?
The agreement is normally for a period of 5 years with an option to renew for a further 2 periods of 5 years but will depend upon the length of your franchise.
What happens at the end of the third five year period?
You will either be granted a further Franchise Agreement or alternatively have the right to sell the business to an approved purchaser.
Am I allowed to sell the business before the end of the tenth year?
Yes, subject to the Terms of the Franchise Agreement. However, you are strongly advised not to consider selling the business in the first three years as the value is likely to be less than in later years.

When can I start?
As soon as your application has been approved, you have signed your Franchise Agreement, paid your Initial Fees and you have obtained premises that have been approved by us.
